Anthony M. Reyes (Anthony Rey) is an actor, writer-director, and strategist based in New York City and Los Angeles.

As the founder and creative director of Lucia Mino, Anthony works on multidisciplinary projects across stage, screen, and beyond — creating stories and content that explore humanity with humor, heart, and a touch of magical realism. He performs as an actor, comedian, dancer, and choreographer and has produced projects for HBO, NBC, MSNBC, USA, and SyFy.

His unique creative perspective is informed by a distinguished career in public narrative. He consults through his firm, ARC, using his deep experience in leading corporate and political communications to guide visionaries across government, tech, business, and entertainment on how to clarify their voice, shape conversations, and build coalitions that move culture and policy forward.

Anthony’s path to storytelling began in media and politics. He served in the Obama-Biden Administration, led communications in the California State Capitol and at global entertainment agency WME, and was a producer at MSNBC and NBC News, where he helped launch TheLast Word with Lawrence O’Donnell. He has collaborated with changemakers across the spectrum — from Arnold Schwarzenegger to Snoop Dogg, and grassroots organizations to global innovators.

Raised in New York City with his family from the Dominican Republic, he studied at Phillips Academy Andover, earned his degree in English and Film Studies at the George Washington University in Washington DC, and trained in acting at Terry Knickerbocker Studio and the Bob Krakower Gang in New York. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
